It's important that all of your changes are included. The estimate we provide will only include these changes. Any additional changes to constitute a separate change order.

If the requested changes are "In-Scope," an estimate will not be necessary. If they are "Out-Of-Scope," we will have to issue an estimate and obtain approval of the additional cost before completing the work.
