Here at PDG+creative, we don’t deal in deliverables. We deal in outcomes. Deliverables are just a means of getting there. Brochures, Logo’s, Billboards, Ads, and Websites are great. But without an outcome in mind, and a strategy to achieve that outcome, it’s just stuff. And we don’t do stuff…we do results.

 

No one wants to fail. But failure is all but guaranteed if you don’t know what outcome you want or aren’t willing to do what it takes to achieve it.

Businesses close their doors or fail to get off the ground everyday. The reasons are many. But chief among them is failure to turn a profit. The brand failed to connect with the target audience. Whether poor location, ineffective marketing strategies, poor customer service leading to bad reviews, poor leadership, poor investments, and on and on.

Starting At The End And Working Backwards:

PDG+creative is focused on providing OUTCOMES, not deliverables. While deliverables (ie: brochures, logos, websites, billboards, ads. etc.) are a part of how we get there, they are not the goal. They are a means to achieving a goal. So, rather than starting at the beginning and saying “You need a logo.” or “You need a website.” We start with “Where are you trying to go?” and “What does success look like to you?” 

  • How much are you making now?

  • How much do you want to make?

  • How much are you willing to invest to get there?

  • What does success look like long-term?

It is imperative to know the answers to these questions to ensure that we are doing everything needed to get you there. It is also imperative to know what you are willing to invest to create the tools you need to achieve your goals.

What Next?

Once we know your goals and objectives, we will focus on developing the strategy and deliverables that will serve in achieving that end. We don’t just want to recommend stuff. Unless a deliverable has a strategic purpose in getting you to your goal, it’s just stuff.
